On August 4, 2016, a status conference was held before the undersigned. Mohammad

Tajsar and Paul Comiskey appeared on behalf of plaintiffs. Stephen Mansell appeared on behalf

of defendants.

Following the status conference, the undersigned made the following ORDERS:
