On May 21, 2010, the parties stipulated to a briefing schedule regarding plaintiffs' 4 yearly motion to compel disputed fees from 2009. See Docket 3850. The Court approved that 5 schedule on May 26, 2010. Docket 3851. Pursuant to that stipulation and order, plaintiffs timely 6 filed their motion to compel fees on July 5, 2010 and defendants timely filed their opposition on 7 August 2, 2010. On August 12, 2010, this Court vacated the proposed hearing pursuant to E.D. 8 Cal. Local Rule 230(g). Docket 3897. 9 2. The parties are currently pursuing settlement of plaintiffs' motion to compel fees 10 from 2009. The parties will complete a further meet and confer regarding the disputed fees by 11 August 24, 2010.
