Pursuant to the Stipulation re Entry of Final Judgment of plaintiff California Department of
Toxic Substances Control (“Department) and defendants Kilgore & White Rock, LLC (“Kilgore”)
and Sharon Stone (“Stone”) the Court hereby enters judgment in favor of the Department and
against Kilgore in the amount of $210,000. This Final Judgment is subject to section 10 of the
Consent Decree (“Department’s Reservation of Rights”) filed on June 20, 2011 (Doc 1227) and
approved by the Court on July 29, 2011 (Doc 1246).
