Pursuant to E.D. Local Rule 303(f), a magistrate judge’s orders shall 20 be upheld unless “clearly erroneous or contrary to law.” Upon review of the entire file, the Court 21 finds that the magistrate judge’s ruling was not clearly erroneous or contrary to law. Therefore, 22 IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that, upon reconsideration, the order of the magistrate judge filed 23 June 24, 2014 is affirmed. 24 Dated: September 8, 2014 25 26 27 28 Troy L.
