On August 25, 2014, Plaintiff filed a document the Court construes as a request for
18
reconsideration of the magistrate judge’s order filed June 24, 2014 denying Plaintiff’s motion for
19
the appointment of counsel. Pursuant to E.D. Local Rule 303(f), a magistrate judge’s orders shall
20
be upheld unless “clearly erroneous or contrary to law.” Upon review of the entire file, the Court
21
finds that the magistrate judge’s ruling was not clearly erroneous or contrary to law. Therefore,
22
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that, upon reconsideration, the order of the magistrate judge filed
23
June 24, 2014 is affirmed.
