Wilson, inmate #H-60032, a necessary and material witness in proceedings in this case, is confined at RJ Donovan Correctional Facility, in the custody of the Warden of that institution. In order to secure this inmate's attendance, it is necessary that a Writ of Habeas Corpus ad Testificandum issue commanding the custodian to produce the inmate in court at Courtroom 3 of the Robert T. Matsui United States Courthouse, 501 I Street, Sacramento, California on Monday, March 29, 2010, and Tuesday, March 30, 2010, at 10:00 a.m. for trial. Accordingly, it is hereby ordered that: 1.
