Earnest Cassell Woods, II, inmate #D-58091, a necessary and material witness in proceedings in this case on February 10, 2009, is confined in Corcoran State Prison, in the custody of the Warden, Derral G. Adams; in order to secure this inmate's attendance it is necessary that a Writ of Habeas Corpus ad Testificandum issue commanding the custodian to produce the inmate in Court, 15th Floor, Courtroom 4, United States Courthouse, 501 I Street, Sacramento, California on February 10, 2009, at 10:30 a.m. ACCORDINGLY, IT IS ORDERED that: 1.
