WHEREAS Plaintiff Wordtech Systems, Inc. and Defendants Integrated Network Solutions,

Inc. (“INSC”), Nasser Khatemi, an individual, Hamid Assadian, an individual and Ehteram Ghodsian,

an individual (collectively, “Parties”) have settled the above action;
4
WHEREAS the Parties intend the settlement to be the full and final resolution of all claims and
5
counterclaims in the above action;

It is hereby stipulated that:

1. The above-entitled case shall be dismissed with prejudice as to all Parties and all claims and
counterclaims;
2. The Conditional Settlement And Mutual Release Agreement, fully-executed and delivered on
10
August 4, 2014, all conditions having been met, is incorporated in this Order as though fully set
11
forth herein (“ Agreement”);
12
3. The Agreement, and each of its terms, is binding on the Parties;
13
4. The Court shall retain jurisdiction to enforce the terms of the settlement agreement.
