The clerk of the court is directed to send plaintiff a copy of the documents filed under seal 431 for in camera review. Plaintiff is direc ted not to share those documents with any other person, including other inmates, with the exception of his attorney and the 2 subject inmates. Plaintiff's request for a ruling on the in camera review 453 is granted. Plaintiff's request f or sanctions 455 is denied. Plaintiff's request for the court to obtain and keep his central file 446 is denied. The clerk of the court is directed to keep the documents previously filed under seal 431 sealed.
