Edward Sangster, Rachel Davidson and 19 Claudia Quiroz appeared as counsel for Plaintiff. 20 appeared as counsel for Defendant Alvaro Traquina, M.D. and 21 Martha Stringer appeared as counsel for Defendant Binoye Naku, 22 M.D. 23 orders which supplements the Court’s Pretrial Conference Order of 24 July 30, 2010 (ECF No. 121). MOTIONS IN LIMINE AND OTHER MATTERS 26 The parties argued their motions in limine at the Pretrial 27 Conference and the Court made the following rulings: 28 /// 1 1 1.
