DIGNITY HEALTH, a California public benefit corporation formerly named CATHOLIC
HEALTHCARE WEST, for an Order Approving the Facility Consent Decree for St. John’s
Regional Medical Center.
The court has reviewed the Facility Consent Decree and finds that it is fair, reasonable and
