related within the meaning of Local Rule 123. Under the regular

practice of this Court, related cases are generally assigned to

assigned. Therefore, action No. 2:15-cv-00271 is reassigned to

Judge Garland E. Burrell, Jr. and Magistrate Judge Allison Claire

for all further proceedings, and any date currently set in the
