Travel to Sacramento to argue the Motion to Compel and for Sanctions and to defend against the
counterclaim of CDCR for sanctions before the Court on December 8, 2011,. The cost listed below is the
estimate for one attorney to travel to Sacramento from Los Angeles, including airfare, taxi, and incidentals.

I have made reasonable inquiry and believe that the cost of this course of action will not exceed
