On May 2, 2011, plaintiff filed a document the court construes as a request for
17
reconsideration of the magistrate judge’s April 20, 2011 order denying plaintiff’s request to
18
extend the deadline for propounding discovery requests. Pursuant to E.D. Local Rule 303(f), a
19
magistrate judge’s orders shall be upheld unless “clearly erroneous or contrary to law.” Upon
20
review of the entire file, the court finds that it does not appear that the magistrate judge’s ruling
21
was clearly erroneous or contrary to law.
