ORDER
vs.
COX, et al.,
15
/
16
On June 6, 2011, plaintiff filed a request for reconsideration of the magistrate
17
judge’s order filed May 26, 2011, denying plaintiff’s motion to appoint counsel. Pursuant to
18
E.D. Local Rule 303(f), a magistrate judge’s orders shall be upheld unless “clearly erroneous or
19
contrary to law.” Upon review of the entire file, the court finds that it does not appear that the
20
magistrate judge’s ruling was clearly erroneous or contrary to law.
21
Therefore, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that, upon reconsideration, the order of the
22
magistrate judge filed May 26, 2011, is affirmed.
