This Court appointed Chase Riveland as 3 special master and Virginia Morrison as deputy special master. 4 Special Master Chase Riveland has informed the court of his intention to retire from this action. 5 Good cause appearing, the court will appoint Deputy Special Master Virginia Morrison to serve as 6 special master in this action effective June 1, 2010. As of that date, Ms. Morrison shall be compensated 7 at the rate of $200 per hour for services performed in accordance with the Order of Reference, except that 8 she shall be compensated at the rate of $90 per hour for travel time. 9 In addition, the court will appoint Patricia Gray to serve as deputy special master in this action 10 effective June 1, 2010. Ms. Gray shall be compensated at the rate of $175 per hour for services 11 performed in accordance with the Order of Reference, except that she shall be compensated at the rate of 12 $90 per hour for travel time. All reasonable expenses incurred in performing the duties under the Order 13 of Reference shall be reimbursed as costs of the mastership. 14 15 In accordance with the above, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that: 1. Effective June 1, 2010, Virginia Morrison shall assume the duties and 16 responsibilities of the special master in this action as indicated in this court's May 21, 2008 17 order and shall be compensated at the rates set forth in this order; and 18 2.
