ORDER DIRECTING SERVICE BY THE U.S. MARSHAL signed by Senior Judge Robert J. Timlin on 9/15/11 ORDERING the Clerk of Court to forward the instructions for service of subpoena duces tecum, the completed subpoena duces tecum, two copies of the subpoena duces tecum, and copies of this order to the U.S. Marshal. Within 10 days, the U.S. Marshal shall personally serve the subpoena duces tecum and a copy of this order upon M. Williams and shall command all necessary assistance from the CDCR to execute this order. The U.S. Marshal shall maintain the confidentiality of all information provided by the CDCR pursuant to this order.
