It appears to the Court that Plaintiff may not have re c eiv e d 1) the Court's order granting in part and denying in part Plaintiff's motion to compel and d e n yin g Plaintiff's request for sanctions, 2) the Court's notice to pro se Plaintiff McDonald regarding p ro c e d u re s for opposing motion for summary judgment pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 56 a n d 3) the notice of extended dates for filing opposition and reply to the summary judgment motion. The aforementioned court order and notices were filed on July 6, 2009. T h e Court denies the motion without prejudice and directs the Clerk of the court to send Plaintiff M c D o n a ld copes of the order and notices filed July 6, 2009, mentioned above.
