Plaintiffs withdraw the portions of their Motion for Attorneys’ Fees and Costs seeking attorneys’ fees against Cordua; 2. The Court will not consider arguments for or opposed to the award of attorneys’ fees against Cordua and will not order an award of attorneys’ fee against Cordua.
