Joe Ramsey appeared on behalf of plaintiff and Jerome Varanini appeared on behalf of defendants Harris-White, Cooper and Steber. Franklin Gumpert also was present to monitor the proceedings, on behalf of certain defendants in the other two actions captioned above.
