The parties ask any hearing and trial dates be vacated. Accordingly, IT IS ORDERED that: 1. The parties are granted thirty days from the filed date of this order to file all the requisite documentation to show that a full settlement of this matter has been finalized and executed which closes this matter; and 2. Both the July 29, 2010, hearing date for defendant's motion for judgment and the motion itself, which was filed on May 26, 2010 (docket # 157), are hereby VACATED from the court's calendar.
