Plaintiff filed his pretrial statement on September 20, 2010, after the court issued an order to show cause. In the usual course of litigation, a defendant's pretrial statement is due two weeks after plaintiff's is filed. See Order filed Nov. 10, 2009. Defendant has not yet filed his pretrial statement. IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that defendant's pretrial statement is due within seven days of the date of this order. DATED: October 21, 2010.
