WHEREAS, on February, 2, 2010, Defendants filed a motion seeking an award of attorney's fees and costs, and noticed the hearing for that motion for March 29, 2010, at 2:00 p.m. WHEREAS, plaintiffs General Charles "Chuck" Yeager (Ret.) and General Chuck Yeager Foundation ("Plaintiffs) have requested, and Defendants have agreed to, a continuance of the hearing of approximately 30 days with an associated modification of the briefing schedule.
