WHEREAS, the Court entered judgment in favor of defendants Connie Bowlin, Ed Bowlin, Aviation Autographs, Ed Bowlin & Associates, Inc., and Bowlin & Associates, Inc., ("Defendants") on January 6, 2010. WHEREAS, on February, 2, 2010, Defendants filed a motion seeking an award of attorney's fees and costs, and noticed the hearing for that motion for March 29, 2010, at 2:00 p.m. WHEREAS, plaintiffs General Charles "Chuck" Yeager (Ret.) and General Chuck Yeager Foundation ("Plaintiffs) have requested, and Defendants have agreed to, a continuance of the hearing of approximately 30 days with an associated modification of the briefing schedule. NOW, therefore, the Plaintiffs and Defendants, by and through their counsel of record, hereby stipulate as follows: 1. The hearing on Defendants' Motion for Attorney's Fees shall be continued from

March 29, 2010, to April 26, 2010, at 2:00 p.m. 2. 3. Plaintiffs' Opposition Brief shall be filed no later than April 5, 2010. Defendants' Reply Brief shall be filed no later than April 19, 2010.
