Pursuant to Local Rule 143, the parties hereby stipulate, subject to the Court’s approval,
as follows:
The parties have reached a settlement in this case and have agreed upon the language for
the settlement agreement. However, Defendants have not yet been able to sign the Agreement.
The parties recognize that the Court ordered that dispositional documents be filed by
March 5, 2018, and hereby jointly seek an extension of two months to do so.

NOW THEREFORE,

The order requiring the parties to file dispositional documents by March 5, 2018 is

vacated; and

Dispositional documents shall be filed not later than May 5, 2018.
