ORDER SALEM MOHAMED, et al., Defendants. 14 15 Plaintiff, a prisoner proceeding pro se, brings this civil rights action under 42 U.S.C. § 16 1983. The matter was referred to a United States Magistrate Judge as provided by Eastern 17 District of California local rules. 18 On September 29, 2017, the Magistrate Judge filed findings and recommendations, 19 which were served on the parties and which contained notice that the parties may file objections 20 within a specified time. No objections to the findings and recommendations have been filed. The 21 court has reviewed the file and finds the findings and recommendations to be supported by the 22 record and by the Magistrate Judge’s analysis. 23 Accordingly, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that: 24 1. The findings and recommendation filed September 29, 2017, are adopted in 25 26 27 full; and 2. Plaintiff’s motion for temporary restraining order (Doc. 91) is denied.
