Kurren entered his Finding and Recommendation that this action be dismissed without prejudice due to Plaintiff Christian T. Quintero's ("Plaintiff") failure to name a defendant (the "January 25 F&R"). After the Clerk's Office failed to timely provide Plaintiff the January 25 F&R, this court directed the Clerk's Office to correct this mistake and gave Plaintiff until March 16, 2011 to file Objections to the January 25 F&R. 43 . No Objections have been received, the court ADOPTS the January 25, 2011 Findings and Recommendation and DISMISSES this action without prejudice. The Clerk of Court is directed to close the case file.
