The Court hereby grants Defendant and Cross-Complainant The One Tree Group, Inc.'s Ex Parte Application for an Order Entering Judgment and orders that Judgment shall be entered in favor of The One Tree Group, Inc. and jointly and severally against XtremeStructures, Inc. and Timothy J. Schmidt in the principal amount of $417,034.72, which amount shall accrue interest of ten percent (10%) per year beginning on the date that judgment is entered.
