Also before the court were two requests filed by plaintiff. 18 Plaintiff Karen M. Taylor, who is proceeding pro se in this action, appeared on her own behalf. 19 Edward A. Olsen, Esq. appeared for the defendant. 20 For the reasons set forth on the record, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that: 21 1.
