In this action, plaintiffs have requested the court allow them to move for default judgment against pro se defendants Todd Goodrum and John Goodrum, dba Todd Goodrum Construction and Goodrum Builders, for not complying with numerous court orders and the Local Rules. On February 1, 2011, the magistrate judge filed findings and recommendations, which were served on the parties and which contained notice that any objections to the findings and recommendations were to be filed within fourteen days. No objections were filed. The court has carefully reviewed the file in this case, the findings and recommendations and the applicable legal standards, and finds the findings and recommendations to be supported by the record and by proper analysis. ////// ///// 1
