No. 2:08-cv-1028 GEB AC P
ORDER
/
On December 3, 2012, the Magistrate Judge issued an order denying plaintiff’s
16
motion for appointment of counsel. On March 20, 2013, plaintiff filed a request for
17
reconsideration of that order. Local Rule 303(b), states “rulings by Magistrate Judges shall be
18
final if no reconsideration thereof is sought from the Court within fourteen days . . . from the date
19
of service of the ruling on the parties. . .” E.D. Local Rule 303(b). Plaintiff’s request for
20
reconsideration of the magistrate judge’s order of December 3, 2012 is therefore untimely.
21
Accordingly, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that plaintiff’s March 20, 2013, request
22
for reconsideration (ECF No. 156) is denied.
