FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH THIS ORDER MAY BE GROUNDS FOR THE IMPOSITION OF SANCTIONS ON ANY AND ALL COUNSEL OR PARTIES WHO CONTRIBUTED TO THE VIOLATION OF THIS ORDER. IT IS SO ORDERED.
