No. 2:09-cv-02062-FCD-DAD and two previously related and partially consolidated cases, CIV.2:08cv-01664-LKK-GGH and CIV. NO. 2:09-cv-01477-LKK-GGH. By order of July 7, 2009 in the latter cases, this court explained that the Yates case, when filed, should be related to the other two. Although the latter two cases have been consolidated for purposes of discovery, the parties have not yet requested such consolidation as to the Yates case. Accordingly the court ORDERS as follows: 1. The action denominated Civ. No. 2:09-cv-02062-FCD-DAD is REASSIGNED to Judge Lawrence K. Karlton and Magistrate Judge Gregory G. Hollows for all further proceedings, and any dates currently set in the reassigned case only, are hereby VACATED. Henceforth, the caption on documents filed in the reassigned case shall be shown as Civ. No. 2:09-cv-02062-LKK-GGH. 2. the The Clerk of the Court make shall appropriate adjustment assignment of civil cases to compensate for this reassignment. 3.
