For the foregoing reasons the court orders as follows: (1) (2) The pretrial conference set for May 17, 2010 is VACATED. Plaintiff shall inform the court within 120 days of the issuance of this order whether she (1) agrees with defendant that this case has settled; (2) has retained new counsel; (3) is seeking new counsel; or (4) has no counsel and is not seeking new counsel. (3) If plaintiff agrees that this case is settled, defendant shall file the appropriate documents disposing of the case.
