misrepresented the terms of the settlement to her and that her counsel is not entitled to fees. Defendants' counsel testifies that he has communicated the plaintiff's proposed new settlement term to his client, and is awaiting a response. For this reason, he requests an additional thirty (30) days to file dispositional documents in this case. For the foregoing reasons, the court ORDERS that the

dispositional documents disposing of the case be filed no later than thirty (30) days from the effective date of this order. IT IS SO ORDERED. DATED: September 2, 2010.
