IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED by and between the parties, through their attorneys, and with the permission of the Court as evidenced below, that the Plaintiff's time to file the summary judgment in this case is hereby extended from April 17, 2009 to April 29, 2009. This extension is required due to plaintiff's counsel's extremely heavy briefing schedule. Counsel had five briefs scheduled for the week of April 12th through April 17th and requires additional time within which to complete the summary judgment in the above referenced case.
