The parties to this action have agreed to participate in mediation and are in the process of selecting a mediator. The parties would like to participate in this mediation prior to completing discovery. However, the current discovery cut-off date is April 1, 2011. Additionally, due to the large number of issues, documents and witnesses in this case, the parties find that it will be impossible to complete discovery by the April 1, 2011 deadline. Accordingly, the parties have entered into this stipulation to move the date for the completion of discovery with the Court's permission. Both parties would prefer to keep all remaining deadlines within the Court's November 6, 2009 Scheduling Order intact.
