On December 14, 2012, plaintiff filed a motion for 19 appointment of counsel (ECF No. 68). The court finds that appointment of counsel for plaintiff 20 is warranted. Julie G. Yap has been selected from the court’s pro bono attorney panel to 21 represent plaintiff, and she has accepted the appointment. 22 Accordingly, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that: 23 1. Plaintiff’s motion for the appointment of counsel is granted. 24 2. Julie G. Yap is appointed as counsel in the above entitled matter. 25 3. Julie G.
