Plaintiffs move for approval a supersedeas bond in the

amount of $108,747.00 they procured through International
25
Fidelity Insurance Company and an order staying enforcement of
26
the amended judgment pending appeal pursuant to Federal Rule of
27
Civil Procedure 62(d).

Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 62(d) provides that if

an appeal is taken, the appellant may stay the enforcement of the
2
judgment by posting a supersedeas bond approved by the district
3
court.

amount of $108,747.00 constitutes 125 percent of the $86,996.93

amended judgment.
