See 28 U.S.C. § 1915(a)(2). On April 13, 2009, the court received a letter, purportedly from plaintiff's mother, explaining that plaintiff was recently hospitalized and will need additional time to comply with the court's order. Accordingly, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that: 1. Plaintiff's April 13, 2009 request for an extension of time (Doc. No. 15) is granted; 2. Plaintiff is granted thirty days from the date of this order in which to file an application to proceed in forma pauperis. DATED: April 17, 2009.
