forfeiture against potential claimants Moo Sung Han and Michelle Sop Ye Han. 3. Plaintiff has shown that a complaint for forfeiture was
filed seeking the forfeiture of $104,875.89 on account of alleged structured transactions; that potential claimants Moo Sung Han and Michelle Sop Ye Han received notice of the forfeiture action through personal service of the forfeiture complaint; that any and all other unknown potential claimants have been served by publication; and that grounds exist for entry of a final judgment of forfeiture. Therefore, IT IS RECOMMENDED as follows: 4. default; 5. That plaintiff's motion for default judgment and final That Moo Sung Han and Michelle Sop Ye Han be held in
