On March 18, 2009, plaintiff was granted an additional 120 days to file his amended complaint. On June 3, 2009, plaintiff was granted one final extension of 120 days to file an amended complaint and was admonished that no further extensions of time would be granted for this purpose. The entire period has now expired, and plaintiff has not filed an amended complaint or otherwise responded to the court's order. Accordingly, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court is directed to randomly assign a United States District Judge to this action; IT IS HEREBY RECOMMENDED that this action be dismissed without prejudice. See Local Rule 11-110; Fed. R. Civ.
