1. No extension of time has been previously obtained except for the additional 10 days from the ORDER dated January 13, 2009. 2. Defendant Roseville Auto Upholstery Inc. is granted an extension until February 11, 2009 to respond or otherwise plead reference to Plaintiff's complaint. 3. Defendants' Roseville Auto Upholstery Inc. response will be due no later than February 11, 2009.
