The court now orders that dispositional documents are to be filed not later than ninety 19 20 (90) days from the date of this order.2 21 //// 22 1 23 24 This document, while filed on defense counsel’s letterhead, is signed only by plaintiff and fails to comply with the requirements of Rule 41(a)(1) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure. 2 25 26 The parties are hereby informed that their stipulation of dismissal may contain a provision allowing the court to retain continuing jurisdiction to enforce the terms of the settlement. 1 1 2 3 4 Failure to comply with this order may be grounds for the imposition of sanctions on any and all counsel or parties who contributed to the violation of this order.
