See Ct. Rec. 14. Nothing has been filed to indicate service has been effectuated by the U.S. Marshal. The court hereby requests the United States Marshal of this district to file a status report as to the steps taken to date to effectuate service as directed by the court on October 22, 2009. The court requests that this report be filed within seven (7) days of receipt of a copy of this Order. IT IS SO ORDERED.
