, make the following declaration pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1746:

1. I am a resident of the state of California over 18 years of age, and my statements herein are based on personal knowledge. 2. I supported the passage of Proposition 8. 3. In support of Proposition 8, I placed a sign in my front yard. 4. In support of Proposition 8, I also placed a bumper sticker on my vehicle. 5. During the two weeks leading up to the November 4, 2008, election, the sign was stolen from my front yard on five separate occasions. Each theft occurred during the evening and I was forced to replace the sign after each theft. 6. The bumper sticker on my vehicle was also defaced while the vehicle was parked in my driveway. Someone had changed the "Yes on 8" to "No on 8." As a result, I was forced to replace the bumper sticker. I DECLARE UNDER PENALTY OF PERJURY THAT THE FOREGOING IS TRUE AND CORRECT.
