On May 17, 2010, plaintiff filed a motion styled as a motion to alter or amend judgment pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. 59(e), by which he seeks reconsideration of this court's May 5, 2010 order dismissing plaintiff's claim that his constitutional rights were violated by his transfer to High Desert State Prison and his claims against defendant Felker and McDonald. Plaintiff has not shown any grounds that warrant relief from the court's May 5, 2010 order. Accordingly, plaintiff's May 17, 2010 motion will be denied.
