On June 16, 2009, the court ordered the United States Marshal to serve the complaint on defendants. Process directed to defendants Deputy Warden of High Desert State Prison and Acting Warden of High Desert State Prison was returned unserved because "unable to accept service without a name." Plaintiff must provide additional information, i.e., he must provide the names of the individuals who are employed as the Deputy Warden and Acting Warden at HDSP, in order for these defendants to be served. Plaintiff shall promptly seek such information through discovery, the California Public Records Act, Calif. Gov't. Code § 6250, et seq., or other means available to plaintiff.
