The Pretrial Scheduling Order filed on February 3, 2010, provided that defendants’

dispositive motion shall be filed by June 9, 2011, that plaintiffs’ opposition shall be filed by June 23,

2011, and that defendants’ reply shall be filed by July 7, 2011, and that hearing on such motion shall be

on July 14, 2011;

The Pretrial Scheduling Order was modified on March 10, 2011, to provide that the
hearing on the dispositive motions shall be set for July 20, 2011;

Plaintiffs require more than two weeks to respond to defendants’ dispositive motion,

especially since plaintiffs’ counsel is scheduled to begin a trial on June 13, 2011 in El Dorado County.
