The August 6, 2009 motion to dismiss, for more definite statement, and/or to strike (Doc. No. 9) filed by defendant American Home Mortgage Servicing, Inc. and joined in by defendants Option One Mortgage and H & R Block on September 10, 2009, is denied without prejudice to the filing of renewed motions to dismiss; 2. Defendants' renewed motions or answers to plaintiffs' complaint shall be filed and served within ten days after October 2, 2009; if motions are filed, they shall be noticed for hearing in accordance with Local Rule 78-230(a) and (b), and plaintiffs' opposition shall be filed and served in accordance with Local Rule 78-230(c) and the deadlines set out therein; and 3.
