GORBY, et al., 14 Defendants. 15 ORDER / 16 On March 4, 2013, plaintiff filed a request for reconsideration of the magistrate 17 judge’s order filed February 26, 2013 granting defendants’ motion for leave to depose Eileen 18 Searcy and permission to offer a video recording of the deposition into evidence at trial. 19 Pursuant to E.D.
