On March 4, 2013, plaintiff filed a request for reconsideration of the magistrate
17
judge’s order filed February 26, 2013 granting defendants’ motion for leave to depose Eileen
18
Searcy and permission to offer a video recording of the deposition into evidence at trial.
19
Pursuant to E.D. Local Rule 303(f), a magistrate judge’s orders shall be upheld unless “clearly
20
erroneous or contrary to law.” Upon review of the entire file, the court finds that it does not
21
appear that the magistrate judge’s ruling was clearly erroneous or contrary to law.

Therefore, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that, upon reconsideration, the order of the
2
magistrate judge filed February 26, 2013, is affirmed.
