Petitioner has raised a claim of ineffective 18 assistance of trial counsel both before this court and in state court. In this court, petitioner has 19 requested issuance of the writ or any other relief to which he may be entitled. In light of the 20 complexity of the legal issues involved, the court has determined that the interests of justice 21 require appointment of counsel. See 18 U.S.C. § 3006A(a)(2)(B); see also Weygandt v. Look, 22 718 F.2d 952, 954 (9th Cir. 1983). 23 Accordingly, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that: 24 1.
